Mr. Campbell has over 30 years of investment management experience as a securities analyst, investment banker, M&A specialist, and money manager with Camlin Asset Management Ltd., CWC Capital Ltd., Pemberton Securities and The Jim Pattison Group.
Mr. Campbell was the co-portfolio manager of the BC Investment Fund Ltd. managing a wide range of commercial real estate and infrastructure assets. Mr. Campbell’s CWC Capital Ltd raised over $1 billion in private equity and his Fund managed over $700 million in assets. He was also an adjunct professor for 8 years at Simon Fraser University teaching the MBA entrepreneurial program.

Mr. Price has over 17 years of lending and risk management experience as a Director with multiple Canadian Banks. His debt portfolio management experience includes specializations in Residential High Rises, Commercial Real Estate, Large Corporate cash-flow lending and the management of insolvent assets.
Mr. Price’s debt portfolio management experience includes managing a $1 Billion dollar book of real estate loans and funding over $5 Billion in debt over the course of his career.
Mr. Price is the President of Pacific Geriatricians Group and former Managing Partner at a Vancouver based Private Equity firm. He is also a board member and chair of the investment committee for the BC Paraplegic Foundation (Spinal Cord Injury BC).
